Haha, sounds familiar :)

I should have some pictures of the new (less finished) hatches next week sometime. Rectangle hatch is made, square mold is being made now.

Price is going to probably be about the same as the other ones, a little less because there is no hardware.

Thinking of other FRP parts we could offer.... any ideas? I will start another thread on this subject.

What about cored deck panels in 4x8 or 5x8. Would still be a shipping mess, but...

I would definitely be interested in a bow anchor hatch, Like whats on the SeeVee. For installing these hatches, do you just cut the hole and then 5200 it in place?

Just got three of the large rectangular hatches for my buddy's 28' BHM project. They are well made and gel coated, and come with the latch, hinges, and gasket.
Joel, regarding the hinges, do you suggest cutting out the deck below the loc nuts, if you need to access them?

Also I'd like some more sizes so I don't have to make custom hatches for my projects.

I would either cut so there is access, or pull the hinges off and later use screws.

The shop is now making a mold for a smaller square hatch.

I have another guy who is working on hatches that will be a little less finished. They will be sold without non-skid or any hardware. Hopefully these will be avaluable in the next feweek weeks.
