Very nice glass work!

FYI - cutting out the inner liner between gunnel and floor removes a LOT of torsional stiffness from Moesly's original design! If you installed some 1/2 balsa core on the hull sides, that would significantly stiffen the hull without much of a weight increase!

Still not sure what im gonna do there just yet... The side boxes will be replicated up forward, along with an anchor area bulkhead. Will probably bag some 1/4" foam to the hullsides aft of the boxes. I like a nice flat hullside with no knees or stiffeners

Lots of hand blocking before the cap went back on. Along with various power tools to get it close enough to block. Tabbing placement can save alot of headache too. L&H handled the priming and painting after i faired it.

Friend/client of mines boat, im definitely not going to put in the same time on mine. I dont think sealife and women care haha Ride em hard n put em up wet!

Tank saga: Etched, converted and coated. Now im not one to badmouth people, but stay clear of "Best American Welding" in Vero Beach. Ended up having an old friend of mine do it. Havent seen him in years and didnt know he was in the welding biz, but he does excellent work. In Stuart if anyone needs a tank done. Also you can see how off center the stringers were from the factory on the mounting tabs on the tank. Lots of Tefgel and nylon washers there
