Thanks for the info Capt , boat is prepped and ready for a transom. Have 2 other boats to prep for the season so have been busy as of late.

Hey good luck with your project! I’m not too far away from you on Eastern Shore of Maryland and I travel through south Jersey often for work.

Composites One in Millville, NJ may have coosa but would need to set up an account. They also have resins and some glass. Have been ordering some of my glass from Fiberglasssupply in Baltimore so might be worth a price comparison. Last, Harbor Sales in Sudlersville, MD has stocked coosa in the past but not up to date on their stock. They have trucks that run all over the area so might be able to get it delivered - not sure of costs.

On the deck height , I did a 20 sf a few years back ( box stringer ‘74) and used the transom scraps to raise deck just over 1.5”. I have a 140 on a 26” bracket and dont have any significant issues with water on deck except for rough water / standing in stern corner. Didn’t want to go too high and feel like the gunwhales were too low on the leg.
