Richard,
I am very interested in your boat.
It's beautiful.
I'm not sure when they stopped building Potter hulls but I guess it was before 1987. Not that that matters too much as it's still a Seacraft.
I would need it trailered to Jacksonville Florida which I guess would cost about $1400. Does that sound right?
I see your latest price is $17,000. Is that correct?
Thanks,
Peter

Nice looking boat! How many hrs on the motor? Also why did you get rid of the vents in the back but left the ones up front? thanks Dan

Re: 23 Sea Craft 87/09

The vents help keep air circulating through the bilge which from what I've read helps keep things from corroding/deteriorating as quickly. I closed the ones in the back
1. To keep out water when fishing the choppy Gulf of Mexico
2. It looks cleaner
3. I kept the ones in the front to help with circulation
4. Though not a "Potter" it would not be a classic Sea Craft with out the vents.

Richard, I am still interested - Bill in Pa. Been on line looking for transport $$ to the northeast (Philly)- so far $2100 tows the 23 to my front door. I was informed today that I may need to go to Zurich for ~3 years for work. I haven't looked at t-port cost to Zurich, but I may need to put a clause in my re-lo to move the boat. Once my work location discussion calms down, I'll give you a call.
