Is there decent security at the Anclote ramp at night?

I left a message at the Long Point camp ground in Sebastian for the end of April.

I also made a call to the Jupiter Waterfront Inn where I stay sometimes in Jupiter. The Jupiter call was not for the gathering. I read on THT that boats are no longer able to tie up to their boardwalk or anchor in front of the hotel because of seagrass! I hear there are people taking pictures and a $1000 fine if you disturb the grass. I'm sure glad I am not over there because it would not be a fun situation with a LEO threatening me with a 1K fine because of sea grass.

Damn that Danny is getting crabby in his older age - welcome to the party

Anyone ever attend the Columbus Day Regatta at Elliot Key? I was just thinking of a St. Patrick's Day Regatta over here at Egmont Key with all of Tampa Bay down to Sarasota anchoring out for the weekend of races and parties. I'm thinking about the size of their event!

April = wind, it can blow pretty hard for weeks. I think this past April there was only one weekend I could get out, and that was out of Ft. Pierce which is a heck of a lot easier.

I will be there whatever week you have it, Im just 15 miles sound.

If you can get out, the fishing is good (dolphin/cobia), and its better in May when the bait really shows up.
