My boat is a 1972 CC powered by a 2003 115hp Johnson 4 stroke. The white hulled "PICKLED HERRING" has a lt. blue hull liner with white starboard hatches and also sports a t-top with white sumbrella. This little fish does 33kts with 2 men aboard in smooth water.

Hey there!

I see you have the 18' model with 200 HP. I have the same hull and have been thinking about re-powering to a 200 Yamaha HDPI. Is the 200 hp too much motor? Have you had any law inspection issues(state or Coast Guard) with exceeding the HP rating of 150?
