My favorite comment is, "if it was one of your boats that needed repaired you would be all over it, however it's the toilet and you could care less"!!!! :)

Yep, it is an amazing hull like nothing I have ever been on. Could probably do a Burmuda run on it.

Looks like a design for one purpose, getting divers way offshore in a hurry without having to worry about sea state.

What hull is that? It looks like an old 32 Cary that some one had rebuilt into a cool pilot house. It has the lines of a Cary or one of the latter copies of that hull.

The hull is a custom built kevlar version of a 44 Tempest without the Euro transom and surface drives. The whole story of the build is amazing. I saw it as a shell with weeds growing out of it when my friend drug it home.

Some amazing numbers. fuel efficient, lightning fast, 25 degree deadrise, 9'6 " beam, 44 ft of needle. That is one heck of a combination. the hull designer must have known Carl. With all the tank weight down low, I bet it doesn't even roll all that bad. I'd like to hear more about what Mike did to balance the boat.

You could do a San Salvador trip in that one, easy.

Topping an adventure like that is a tall order, especially considering the quality caliber of crews you assembled. But just for the halibut but I'll splash that Sea of Cortez idea and see if it floats...
