Billboard was $20, bought foam for hullsides and still came in 120$ under 700! Its kind of cozy, like a windtunnel when i open the foredeck hatch. Will have to figure out some shade when she goes upside down thats for sure...

You said that this was a back burner project which for me means years but you are hardly 6 months into it and it looks fantastic and is indeed inspirational. My 27 is almost on it's way to San Diego and I'll certainly be following your progress.
May I ask why you cored the hull sides and what material you used? I see that you overlapped the new section but you also went forward too. Do you think there are benefits to coring the sides on a factory 27? |
