Well..finally got my 196 Shamrock project done...engine repower etc..thanks to my good friend Tom...
Also thanks to Denny "Bushwacker" for towing the Shamrock for me to its trailer back in May of this year!!!!

Here are some pics of where we are now with the Sceptre..really no change...My good friend Tom has filled in over 300 holes in cockpit area alone......I thought it was ready for paint about 6 months ago...boy was I wrong....hopefully we will get it painted in two weeks...but wishful thinking...at least I have someone working on it that has tons of knowledge and experience...not as overwhealming when you do a joint venture...

Hey Gillie!!!!.....he is trying to match his father's Topaz paint scheme (spelling).......also he is a bodyman and mechanic so it will be interesting to see the final product...my attempts of filling and fairing are being redone
