Nice job and I am very interested in following your progress as I am almost to the point to start replacing my transom

A little more progress tonight. Added the Outer skin to the back of the transom and applied the first layer of fairing. Some of the interior stuff was glassed earlier as well.

A little sanding and mudding tonight.
Couldn't do it without the help of Tuckerman. He's becomming a regular SeaCraft guru. He just painted a 20 Tracker in the bay next to mine. |

Next steps, cut the deck out, check the stringers for wet foam, grit blast the bottom paint off.
