I never worry about that.
You can give the same recipe to 5 different people and it will come back 5 different ways.

My conch salad for instance, people ask me for the recipe all the time, I gladly give it out. Next time I see the people, they always say, "It was nice, but it was not as good as yours."

It's all in the technique. ;)

Hummmm....."Manatee Filet and release"

With November 15th (through March 31st) sneaking up on us and the just less than a bazillion miles of Manatee Zones to deal with in Florida, not a bad idea. Too bad they don't taste like chicken. :) :D

Competion after training: That was the prime concern of the guy I learned from. He was scared to death I'd stay in Ft Lauderdale. Not in a million years would I raise my kids on the east coast.
