Got most of the deck out today, still trying to formulate a plan.

Anyone successfully raise the deck and keep the drain channels??

Foam fun.

There is a good inch of water in the bottom of each stringer, and the bottom third of the foam is wet.

This boat has been mostly inside since about August. Goes to show you can't really dry out wet foam or balsa core.
