finished prepping the new finish panels for paint. Now I need to do a little bit of fairing on the rod holders as whoever made and installed them ages ago did not do the prettiest job.

Also, installed the rub rail last night. Upon further review, there are a couple of spots that I need to adjust but overall, it totally changes the look of the boat. Once I make the adjustments, I will install the inserts later today.

Took it easy this weekend. Finished off the splash well cover/front panel and trim plus scored (2) brand new deck hatches for $100 :D

Yesterday, I filled the holes from the previous deck hatches and then started to install the insert in the rub rail. Stopped when it looked like my thumb was about to burst LOL

Today, I finished the rub rail insert (with no additional blisters) and also made some custom placards for the engine cowling. The old bulky lettering that was on it was pretty trashed and left behind a bunch of holes. These placards will cover the holes and follow the color scheme :D

So, today my neighbor started to modify the t-top to mount the console and deck for me. Pulled it off so that he can modify the legs accordingly.

Then, I went ahead and shot the gunwales and fish box with a fresh coat (or two) of white. Tomorrow I plan on doing the non-skid on the deck :D

I put the placards on the cowling but cannot do anything this afternoon due to the thunderstorms :(

Good news, though, my neighbor plans on finishing up the welding on my t-top tomorrow!

What product did you use for the non-skid?
