After a day with the sander it looks like I have about 95% of the hull sanded except for the floor which is my next task this week.

Plans are to lay down final layer of 1704 mat fair is as level as possible.
I don't think it needs to be perfect since th kiwi grip will hide most of it.

Time to get busy getting a center console since I sold mine awhile back.

I like the one Mr Robertson used from a pathfinder bay boat and am leaning that way

Now where do I find one for sale?

Mr Robertson got his Pathfinder console at a marine liquidator outlet on the east coast of Florida. Also Panga Marine had some interesting consoles.

Was not able to get out to ft pierce but called them and they have the pathfinder consoles originally they said it was not the one I wanted but they called back and said they have them BUT they won't sell just the console. They want to only sell the console/t-top package for $2100. They did say they have more on order and if/when they get more they will split them up...maybe

Found a place in homestead that seems to have one I can be happy with.

I did find something I had not seen on the trailer and I'm glad I found it not before I towed the boat anywhere. Seems like the bar connecting the trailer with the tounge was completely rusted away.
I'm so glad I saw it now could have been a disaster

Can anyone give the measurements of the original seacraft console ?
I sold mine and did not measure before

Thanks

I like the Aventura model but $1000 plus shipping expenses

I have a guy closer to me and he has something very similar at $650 that I'm going to go and see

I was looking at the guide console without the seat. Gives me a lot more room to stumble around the boat:D

I like the 3rd one in the pics

I'm going to make a template out of card board and lay it in the boat and see how it fits..
I am planning on a t-top so it will take some room up also
