Florida Antique Reg Forms
For you florida guys I have the forms that would exempt you paying registration fee's, may be available in other states too. The only fudge we have to do is in the definition of "Same type powerplant" it says same year and model which is probably from the car statute and I will fudge that part as "I" don't think it equates. Its just a little white lie, and I don't think it equates to jail time, always a rebel.
email me at eggsuckindog@hotmail.com and I can send them as a PDF |
Re: Florida Antique Reg Forms
Got it ESD,
I think 38 years of this hull paying registration fees is enough. Thanks for sharing!! |
Re: Florida Antique Reg Forms
Send it to me, how old do they have to be, 25 years?

Re: Florida Antique Reg Forms
If a 36 yr old boat is old enough, I'd like one, too.

Re: Florida Antique Reg Forms
ESD sent me the PDF Registration. It says your vessel has to be 30 yrs old to qualify.

Re: Florida Antique Reg Forms
Just send an email and I will send it as an attachment that you can print. It is kinda over here over there as to whether the tag office will accept the form or it has to actually be sent to Tally, curious to know.
If a Mod could move this to general I think that would be helpful |
Re: Florida Antique Reg Forms
Fla Statute 328.72(2) provides for registration of antique vessels. Vessel must be 30 years old, used for recreational purposes only and powered by the original TYPE power plant. A new outboard is the same TYPE as an old outboard.
