I live on Lake Conroe ,Texas I have a bay house in Rockport , Texas Iam a fulltime Paramedic for 18 yrs and Police Officer. I started this boat trading game about 15 yrs ago. I have a Mercury Cert. I opened my own business about 4 yrs ago doing boat repair and building Alum trailers and hardware. I prefer straight inboards but I couldnt let this old girl go down any more. Its a 1989 23 CC needs a new transom but the rest of her hull is still strong and shiny. it has a 225 Merc that is dead and Iam thinking about a pair of 90 or 115 Mercs on the back of her I will get up some picks soon.

Way more HP needed - you need at least 300 with twins but big singles work better 225 and up- up is better

If you have children have them help post pics to photobucket. If not pray real hard and ask for help. I finally accessed your referenced website. Nice site. I need to get with you on your trailers. Great to have another Seacraft owner in the Houston area. There are alot of these crafts here but not many members of this website. Lets get in touch.

You got it! I was looking real hard for a straight shaft but they are hard to find between 23-25 ft so I got this one I had a couple of Shammy's but the 20 CC was to small and I didnt like the narrow beam and low free board so this will be it for a few yrs till I find a inboard.
