1974 23 SF

This is a 1974 Potter built that was ostensibly refurbished by Ricky Scarborough around 1993. Power is a '93 Mercruiser 5.7L Alpha, 750 hrs. Rupp Top Gun outriggers, Bennett tabs, Birdsall leaning post, Isenglass windshield and side curtains, 140 gal fuel tank, Loadmaster trailer. I sold my house at the coast and need to move this out of my driveway. $13,500.00 as is where is, Columbia, SC.

Do you have more photos of your boat?
Details of the condition?
Looks interesting!

Is this an i/o or inboard? Any interior pictures? I like the clean console, where are the switches?

This is a Mercruiser I/O,Alpha drive. Switches are under the overhang on the console. I'll get more pictures up....they are pretty large files, but I'll do my best. Keep in mind that the boat was filthy when the pics were taken, after having sat covered for a year. I forgot to mention that there is a custom cover also, as well as a Garmin GPSMAP 182, Furuno FCV-600L color fish finder, Icom and Standard VHFs.
I'd rate the boat in very good condition. I bought it five years ago and only had it in the water 5-6 times, if that. Thanks for the interest

OK, here goes. I hope this works. Hope I'm not breaking the rules with all these pics.

The outdrive doesn't look too great because I made the mistake of leaving it in the water for 2 LOUSY WEEKS(!) and the barnacles infested it.

I don't have any real good info on the refurb. I think it was primarily cosmetic...teak helm, teak toe rail, flared out the gunwale somewhat. My friend whom I bought it from put in the leaning post and tank. According to my friend, he bought it from Scarborough's brother-in-law.

I have seen the name before on another Seacraft ad and am uninformed so will ask. Who is "Scarborough" and what is his background with Seacraft boats?
