New Va SeaCraft Club

Got a phone call tonight and was asked if I wanted to join a newly forming local seacraft club. Would like to see other folks from the board join as well. As soon as i get more details I will post them unless the person starting the group is already a member of this site??? Anyways I really like the idea of a rockfish tourney in Dec when conditions are a little tougher than the Grady tpourney held in the middle of summer when its slick glass Craig

Let me know, I'll come down and partake in the festivities.

I would love to attend. It gets rough down there? My buddy Pounce once almost had me floating adrift after I commented over the radio I wished I was in my Seacraft instead of my Buddies 24' Proline taking a beaten. Thanks Arnie>>>>>

Skip that was a day to go in my memoirs: 5 - 6 ft waves, 20 - 25 knot winds, a live well full of 40+" stripers and several dozen more more we through back.

I might be interested Craig, but I don't know how much I will be able to participate between work and weather. I tell you this has been my worst fishing season yet, even counting the times when I was boatless. Plus I just joined a new hunt club and starting in a couple weeks I'll be in the woods every Saturday huntin deer. Sundays will be for fishin. However a Seacraft armada would be fun. I would certainly join in when I could.

I'm in. I'd trailer 2 or 3 times a year to participate.

I'd be happy to help with web page, links, etc.

1989 23CC 200 Yamaha, T-top.

Suggest you consider a bigger picture and look at Mid-Atlantic SeaCraftâ Club and move venues around from NYC to Outer Banks. They're all "trailer boats" after all.

Setting up the RV for towing the 23'. Let's go!

Sorry guys about the delays, looks like ruptured disc and surgery for me this week but I am going to have plenty of time to put it all together. Craig- 2 911 calls in 1 wk cant be good

Best of luck with the surgery. Imagine had bad your back would be if you didn't have a SeaCraft!

Otto

As for a web site- Please contact me as i would be happy to host it for free, and will give you a forum dedicated to your club. I would like to use Clasicseacraft.com as a homebase for clubs.

Hey Craig... keeping those EMT boys busy?!? You'll feel a TON better after the fusion... I know I did!

Let me know what I can do to help "the club". I came really close to owning 2 SeaCrafts last week... the transom and engines on #2 didn't pass the inspection... probably a good thing. Would hate to see Ellen's face when I told her about "another woman" in my life... espescially with the baby on the way!

This does not bode well: A pair of Seacraft owners with bad backs?
