This is a different boat than the one talked about last month - looks a lot nicer too. Schweet

This boat was for sale about 2 years ago, I remember the photo because of the power lines in the background.

Thanks for the specs John. I'm dying to see the cabin layout in one of those 27's.

I'll betcha it'll take some serious water. Anyone have any hands-on experience with this hull?

I put a lot of hours on that boat. I talked to Todd a few months ago, that boat was from New Jersey back in the 90's and was called "Heli-ark". The boat was owned by the son of Pipe Welders. It had a tower on it and 250's when I ran the boat.. I built that pulpit and bow rail that it still has on it.

This boat is/was kept at the same storage yard I use. It's a great looking boat and appears to be in excellent condition. The last time I saw it, the twin 250's were missing - not sure anymore.

Re: Someone looking for a 27?

I recieved the following from Todd re his boat:

Quote:

Otto,

The boat is in good shape no rot anywhere. The cabin has a v-berth in it sleeps two. There is a plumbed sink with cabinets above and below, the head is not built in just a porta potty. It used to have twin 225 Ocean Runners on it, currently is without power. I have attached the pictures I have. The trailer is not included. It holds 300 gallons of fuel, 30 gallons of fresh water, raw and fresh wash down, lots of storage, large fish box in the deck, top gun outrigger mounts, electronics box, four batteries, electric primer pumps. It is the one in the image. The beam is 10'3", the length is 27'3". I have a tri-axle 2000 model Magic trail trailer under it now.
