Re: Happy Holidays
Just finishing up my last shift 'til 01-03-04. Mondays Nor'easter reaching as far south as Tampa, with highs in the 40's or some smack. Cancel the trip to Long Boat and hang around Hilton Head. Possible first trip to OBX for tour of Scully Boats plant after Christmas to see an old friend.
Just wanted to extend Holiday Cheer to all members. May your families enjoy a Safe and Healthy Holiday season, and a prosperous New Year, so that we may continue our Relentless Pursuit of Perfection in our most common interests and addictions, and possibly one awesome, centrally located Rendevous. What the Heck, they must call it Holiday Wishes for a reason!!! Peace. Vezo, Part II. |

Re: Happy Holidays
Capt. Brad,
Merry Christmas. I know it's been over a year, but enquiring minds are wondering how HOOVER is doing after his "episode". We hope all is well. Give him a x-mas bone for us. |

Re: Happy Holidays
Hey Scott-
I was thinking today that if you add on too long of a tongue to that trailer and swap the winch post around you're really going to have tongue weight issues. If I was you, I would do a combination retrofit.....add longer bunks that extend further back off the trailer and then add a slightly longer tongue. if you just add the longer tongue...then all of that weight is going to move up ahead of the axles which will put too much weight on the tongue, your hitch and the front axle. |
