A Surprise Visit

I had a surprise visit this morning at my dock

Now I ask you

Who would you want protecting things in your neighborhood, The "Thunder Pig" or this "Bad Boy"

I think it might be under powered.

You're not using Thunder Pig for those offshore "runs" again are you? Jason, you better check the bilges before you take her home...

I know someone who has ridden on that boat and the top end is not nearly what you might expect for that many engines (the fuel supply is huge, and therefore heavy). Here is a link to the website of the builder and those are the speeds with only 325 gallons of fuel. The one my contact rode on had 700 gallons:

Chuck,
I think they were scoping out the canal in preparation for the CSC cookout in a couple weeks.

My sister's boyfriends uncle captain's one of them. Except it has 4 250's and its a U.S. Customs boat. He told me that with 4 250's it does 70-72mph. But he said boat speed isn't all the nessecary. They have helicopters to do the chassing they just follow and pick them up.

WoW! I just saw the truck that pulls these boats. It is a F-550, dually, crew cab, with an air ride trailer hitch. It was the coolest FORD i have ever seen.
