For Sale; Seacraft 27. 1968 flybridge convertible. Redone in 1998 (finished), professionally converted from twin to single Mercruiser 454, 300Hp, Bravo 1 outdrive new in 1996, 215hours with fresh water flush. Has power steering, tilt, trim tabs, stainless steel prop, 15" X 15". New poly 40gallon selectible fuell tanks. Vessel has galley with appliances, head with overboard flush, dinette (4 place), veeberth with 'V' filler. Flybridge with helm & observer seats, bimini top, spray shield. Electronics are antiquated VHF, botom machine, GPS. Deck has danforth 16 anchor with rode, fenders and lines. Cockpit has saltwater washdown, fishing chair, live bait or fish well. Last time in water, one month ago, then set on her roller trailer.
Belonged to doctor fishing friend that had a heart attack and can no longer care for her. To my knowledge, the only thing that doesn't work now is the washdown pump. Not leaking but could probably use a new accordian gasket before heavy use. Price is $12,500 OBO. 361/855-3807, Corpus Christi, Texas. Always here after 1800hours, unless we're fishing. Any questions, just call. http://www.classicseacraft.com/forsale/aloha/0001.jpg http://www.classicseacraft.com/forsale/aloha/0002.jpg http://www.classicseacraft.com/forsale/aloha/0003.jpg http://www.classicseacraft.com/forsale/aloha/0004.jpg http://www.classicseacraft.com/forsale/aloha/0005.jpg http://www.classicseacraft.com/forsale/aloha/0006.jpg http://www.classicseacraft.com/forsale/aloha/0007.jpg http://www.classicseacraft.com/forsale/aloha/0008.jpg http://www.classicseacraft.com/forsale/aloha/0009.jpg http://www.classicseacraft.com/forsale/aloha/0010.jpg http://www.classicseacraft.com/forsale/aloha/0011.jpg |

You should scan that 1967 catalogue into a pdf document and send it to admin@classicseacraft.com. It's would be a good addition to the specs page. |

Re: 27' SeaCraft 1968 Fly Bridge
Rich,
I have a box full of old Sea Craft brochures, tests, articles, photos, etc. All dates back to the 60's. What I can do, is make a list & see what ClassicSeaCraft wants. |
Re: 27' SeaCraft 1968 Fly Bridge

I would like to see more pictures of the transom area and the outdrive if you have any more pictures.
Thanks |
Re: 27' SeaCraft 1968 Fly Bridge
Wonder why someone would convert it from outboards? Seems like you'd want the floor space. Nice boat though.

Re: 27' SeaCraft 1968 Fly Bridge
The BUC book sez she weighs 7200-7500, depending on configuration. Haven't a clue what the trailer weighs, but it's heavy. Had a 28' Winner hull sitting on it when I bought it. If you'd like to ship it commercially, I'll take $10,500 for the boat and keep the trailer. Bodine

Re: 27' SeaCraft 1968 Fly Bridge
Otto; Not yet. Had a heavy breather but he had to have a trailer. Now she has a trailer and the dude is building a new house. Bodine

Re: 27' SeaCraft 1968 Fly Bridge
Salty Dog; There is a transport company advertising on ebay under Boats 28'plus. Believe he's in your neck of the ocean. Bodine

Re: 27' SeaCraft 1968 Fly Bridge
Sorry, I posted all the photos I had. Just returned from a sportfish delivery, Corpus Christi, Texas to Key Biscayne near Miami. Need to catch up on my paper work, invoices, etc., then cut our grass. Can't see my dog. The boat is presently out on the trailer at a boat yard on Hy 35 for people to see and she's 36 miles away. As soon as I can break loose, I'll get some more photos. Bodine

Re: 27' SeaCraft 1968 Fly Bridge
Come on Boys, belly up to the bar! Have another look at that bow flare, fly bridge, coffee maker and all the good stuff. Have you got a head with commode, lavatory and privacy door in your 23'? Your lady will love it. I'd keep this girl myself but I've got a 33' Alglas and a 25' Trojan CC. Make an offer, I'll keep the trailer if you want to put this Seacraft on commercial delivery, or drive her home on her own bottom. I failed to mention that there is 6'+ interior headroom. I'm 6' and there is lots of clearance. If you need some transport numbers, email me or call me at 361-960-4674.

Re: 27' SeaCraft 1968 Fly Bridge
I want to thank all you Seacraft lovers for considering the sportfisherman that is posted on these pages. The sale appears to have been consumated, with a substantial down payment to hold her until he gets his finances squared away. Sorry one of y'all didn't step up to the plate that does't own a Seacraft, she was a honey. DV

Re: 27' SeaCraft 1968 Fly Bridge
Seacraft lovers; for a boat that will also please your family, you really ought to have this sportfish. My buyer
apparently couldn't raise the rest of the funds and I'm putting her back on the market. Ran her this week and all appears to be good. If you're going to be hauling her, be sure to bring a 3/4 or 1 ton, she's a heavy load for my 1/2 ton GMC. If you have any questions or want to make an offer please call 361/855-3807 or email works too. I'm departing on 11/10/06 on a boat delivery (42'Tiara), back soon. If you want to see her, Southwest and Continental fly to Corpus Christi, Texas. I'll pick you up. Bodine |
