Anyone that lives in the area around or in stuart want to have a seacraft gathering at the sandbar(s) or islands?

Not confirmed but my brother in law and I might be doing a get togeather this monday for the holiday at one of the small islands north of the inlet.I will confirm towards the end of the week.with you two that would be 4 boats.we have 5 adults and six kids and we will bring a grill.We will be fishing stuart saturday to try and catch something for the grill.If this happens maybe the gucci guy will show up. There's a veritible SeaCraft gathering every Saturday morning at 8am at the sandpile - most members can be seen with a sabiki rig in hand :D

I've seen a few 20's out at the sandpile, keep an eye out for me....I'm there usually!

And, Im going to be at the island with the ropeswing......fri-monday.....LONG TRIP!!!!!! So, drop me a line if you wanna meet up there.

The cross roads is a great place as well.
I love the 10 cent and 25 cent bridge to..
Caught many a Snook at those two bridges
I do miss the original Roosevelt Bridge. :(

I recall that bridge many a time going up to "The Deck Restaraunt" on our sailboat and Alumacraft from WPB in the 80's.

I think I must of went to the wrong island yesterday. fishing off Stuart was good sunday.20 miles offshore nice weedline.7 nice dolphan and lost a big wahoo on the deep line.Hope everyone had a good weekend. Keith

anywho, ya I was out fishing sunday, nothing i heard till about 900 feet. I wasnt gonna go that far out!


had a few nice hook up's on some big fish, but i had to be at work by 1, so we didnt have much time :(

hey ak which island where you at i went to the one accross from sailfish point on sunday (i thought thats where you where going to be).anyhow i saw 2 seacrafts at that island and thought it was you.the guys there knew about the site and have been on here. they both had 1985 seacrafts one a 20 and the other a 23. nice guys we bs for a while and i just wnet to the sand bar.

Come on guys, I plan to trailer over to Ft Desoto in November, why not join us at that get together??
Turnpike to I-4 to St Pete, should be a about 4.5 hours
I'm in Oak Hill (Daytona South) which will be 3.5 hrs.
