Wish we could have made it over to meet everyone; my kids were sick and it was my wife's bday (and my grandma's 94th bday!).

It was a pleasure chatting with the legend and his lovely wife. She`s a hoot and has great stories as well. If you would like to place a face with a name, look for the tiger striped t shirt. Lost a buddy bearing on the way home. I`ll pull the hub tonight..... I haven`t had that much fun in decades. Gotta go to work. I`ll post more tonight. You won`t find a better bunch of pirates anywhere. Thanks to all who made it happen ,and those who widened my smile. GFS |

We made it in around 10:00PM (our time) last night. We had a flat tire on the trailer and no spare. However I found a Wal-Mart near by and they got us up and going again. It was such a pleasure to meet all of you, I really enjoyed talking to Mr.Moesly and it was an honor to get him to sign my engine box, I’ll always cherish it. I'm going to have to figure out now how to preserve it. The Moesly family is very fine people and it was such a pleasure meeting them, thank you.

Thanks everyone for a wonderful weekend!! My wife and kids had a great time and we're looking forward to the next gathering!
This truly is a special group of people and it's nice to put faces to the names. And with my wife seeing the beautiful 23's that were there (especially Thanks Capt Chuck ;) BTW, sorry for the muddy foot prints), I definitely see a 23' in my future :cool: Lloyd |

My brother and I had a great time as well! We didnt get to meet much of you however we fished hard in an attempt to get some snook.
We unfortunately did not succeed but did end up catching some fish. I was great to see all the boat, there were some beauties there! Thanks for organizing a fun time! SOS |

I REALLY wanted to do this trip however I just couldn't miss my daughter's 21st birthday. Maybe next time. I would like to see a thread spotlighting individuals boats. We see this often when a resto is in progress but not for completed boats. These gathering pictures don't do them justice.

We had a great time. First time for us camping.
People were great. Shrimp was awsome. Beautiful boats. Fishing was good. What more could I ask for. Looking forward to the next one. |

Great slide show Carla. My only regret is that I wasn`t more friendly with my camera. I can`t believe I got her somewhat together and was able to enjoy THE EVENT of the summer. Now who wants to fish Sunday? I`m in MY backyard now!

Many apologies for having to leave early, it was a pleasure putting a face with a name. This was our first outing with the boat and had a few concerns that cut the day short. It was pretty cool seeing the constant parade of SeaCrafts ... it was like 1976 all over again ! All that was missing was 'Cool and The Gang' playing disco.

At this point, it is just plain a fact of life that our Northern CSC bretheren can't figure out how to schedule a gathering. I hear that Bayliner has a huge gathering up there in July. Maybe those girls can show them how to make an event happen....... |
