Any new updates on the 1974 Seacraft rough water video that was talked about a while back?
I seem to remember someone saying that they were trying to contact Bruce Brown who did the original film.I would love to see this film.

How are we going to re-create pulling up to the beach and re-fueling out of 55 gallon drums 1/2 in the water? ;) maybe it was a truck I cant remember.

That looks like 4 weeks ago 10 miles outside St. Lucie Inlet, when NOAA originally called for 2-4, Instead we had 9-12 with 30 & 40 MPH gusts. Us and a yellow fin 34 was all that was out that day, we were surfin' the faces of them.

I have a rough copy of it and it is pretty interesting.
The boats look great,good footage.

I was hoping to find a better quality copy.mine is a bit choppy.

I had the pleasure of seeing this video several years ago. Many members at the time asked for copies and from what I remember, there were possible copyright issues that needed to be worked out before the video could be distributed. Perhaps the member with the video at that time (I'm withholding the name on purpose so he doesn't get flooded with PMs) could chime in here and refresh my memory.

ScottM is correct I do have a copy but at Mr Potters request I am not putting it online as there were some ownership uncertainties

What if there was a fundraiser of sorts. No profits, cover materials and something for your time and pick your favorite charity for the rest?

Last time Mr Potter was out in my boat he told me he had a copy on a DVD for me :) Then he moved to Alaska :(
