Patrick, Nice work...how'd you do that?? Definitely enjoying seeing your project come together! The deal I got on the 23TE included a new Lowrance hds 8" and 880 radio combo, a frigid rigid cooler seat and coffin box, basic 3 piece curtains and a rear fold down seat. It's the tournament edition and is powder coated with a zillion rodholders. Also has the the two aux fuel tanks. I'm back from visiting family and will figure out pics quickly, Steve

John, Thanks for the help w/pics! She'll stay on the trailer and launch out of Sesuit, Pamet, and Ryders Cove. But that's only when I save up enough money to put gas in!! All the best, Steve

I looked at one of these a while ago at bass pro, sad they didn't make more of them! It looked like a very nice boat. Something finally deserving of the seacraft name. I hope you enjoy her, she is beautiful!

Thanks all...have not run her yet. A few small issues...throttle/shift not adjusted and then water in the fuel this past Friday :( It's got Merc rev 4 23pitch props that are ventilated. Got to run it but may need to move to 3 blades. We'll see. Propped correctly they say mid 60's.

Finally had a chance to run her on Sunday. Went from Sesuit harbor out to Stellwagen Bank for some cod fishing and shake down. Boat ran amazing...all the little gremlins gone! Hit 55 on the gps and cruised in the low to mid 40's. This is with 4 blade 23pitch Merc rev 4's. Will be trying 3 blade 21's as well. 2mpg even at 40 via smartcraft gauges. Boat ran super flat...almost no tabs.
And six decent cod :)

Re: 2009 23te Pics

I was just up your way, I would have loved to see the new boat!
Well hopefully my family will be spending the summers up there next year!
What a beautiful area as well as your boat!
I actually stayed a few days in a house the brewsters actully built in ct!
Every time I look at the 23t makes me want to give up on all the plans I have for my 23cc and go buy a tournament!
Please keep us filled in on how you like her!

Re: 2009 23te Pics

Rlbol....So far so good. The speed is amazing and the boat tracked like on rails even at 55mph. The Optimax's have some serious grunt...a bit loud at 3400rpm but the sound changed at around 38-3900rpm and ran much quieter...still going 42-43. I imagine a 23 with a floation bracket and twin 200 Optis might run similiar. Glad you enjoyed the Cape...all heck breaks loose around here in another few weeks...nothing better than the month of June for visiting and fishing! Steve
