Cape Codder 19 and Cape Codder 24... seacrafts?

I know cape cod 26 (later albin 26) is basically an extended 23.

From the pics I found online, these looks suspiciously seacraft-y, but no direct shots of transom.

Someone put the molds for both up on craigslist.

http://boston.craigslist.org/sob/boa/2284819531.html

All molds needed to build the famous Cape Codder 19. Two hull molds, top deck mold , liner mold, several console molds, either side battery box molds, all patterns for transom and stringers and even a started boat.
Sacrifice price of $15,000. Cape codder 24`mold and deck also available , $ 15,000.

The cape codder 19 and 24 are not "seacraft" type molds. Different hulls but very well respected. I've ridden on a 24 with a 6.2 merc and bravo 3 and it's a beast!

romarine 19 is a 19 cape codder knock off.

The Cape Codder and Cape Cod Marine are two different animals, but both great boats. I was told the Cape Cod Marine 26 was a splashed 23 Seacraft hull stretched in the middle and I believe the tunnel was copied from a proline. They also tweaked the cap up a bit to give it a little more freeboard since the floor was a little higher for the jack-shaft, that is why the hull sides have a flat up at the gunnels. Thats the rumor I heard anyway.

The Cape cod marine is a 23' that is stretched there is no question about it. It is a friend of a friends boat that was used to create the new plug.
They are a incredible boat for there size, by the way I was fishing beside 2 of them on Georges bank 150 miles offshore this year!

Five year old post from tht so I hope I don't p.o. messr. moderator.

Real nice views of the Cape Cod 26 by Albin...Now that appears to be leading to an indictment of offshore steroid use on a Seacraft 23 hull :D

They wanted 140K plus for one at the local marina several years ago. Don't think it ever sold.

Strick . . . I remember that boat in the delta!! Tuna season is sneaking up very soon . . . we don't have to watch the weather as closely this year ;)

Ken - 26 Albin/Capemarine is an awesome boat (23+3) . . . Just not the same hull as a 24 cape codder as Kernel and Black said above. With all the used boats on the market . . . It's going to be a hard business selling new hulls($4 gas and high unemployment too).

This is the 19 cape codder knock off . . .

This was the best idea with a Tuna Door!!

Big, Nice shot of the winch to lift the console and work on the diesel! I've only ridden in a 24 Silverhawk/23 Seacraft. Have to imagine the Cape Cod 26/Albins are that much better. Not surprised they were on G. Bank for the tuna bite.

I am getting the molds for the Cape Codder 19 and will begin laying up the first one probably mid January. Every boat can be custom built from fine finish to bare bones. Feel free to email me at rdobias3@gmail.com with any questions or interest.

Yeah no kidding . . . don't build those cape codders like that :) any idea how many 19 romarines sold in 2012? Brute force spam attacks might not be leading with your best foot.
