Was thinking off white might be too plain.
I have done a rough photoshop of the hull with available colors on my computer...again very rough. Please feel free to change around and help me pic the best color. I can also change my ttop canvass down the road!! Thanks all for your help. I attached a poll above. If you scroll down you will see the different colors Options 1 through 5 Option 1 is the Light Blue Type Color (Picture 1) Option 2 is the Seafoam Type Color (Picture 2) Option 3 is the Off white/White Color (Picture 3) Option 4 is the Dark green Type Color (Picture 4) Option 5 is the dark Blue Type Color (Picture 5) |

Thanks for the pics Mike...that is what I had in mind for Seafoam Green..my computer did not have a close enough color so I tried to emulate it with the available colors.
Thanks again!!! Great looking SC!!!! Keep em coming!! -Fred |
Fred-I like the dark blue, but for wear and tear with the family, sun, and ultimately your son....basic white is a great choice. Light blue would be a 2nd color choice (my 23 was ice blue)

Thanks Danny, I was thinking that as well..main reason why going with the white to begin with...Ice blue is very nice too....touch ups.. dock rash etc should also be easier to touch up if needed with a neutral lighter type color!!!
Thanks for you input too! Fred |

Thanks Sandy and Dave..swaying towards an ice blue or off white/oyster...original gelcoat on my Seacraft was also an oyster/off white color

white looks pretty snazzy with a black rub rail:cool:

Hey Fred, Living in FL with the extreme sun, dark colors just don't seem to last without a ton of maintenance. I really like a boat with a colored hull, however they fade in no time. Even the pale yellow hull on my Hewes fades and needs polishing/buffing to make it look good again. I would lean to lighter colors or white with accents. Good luck!!

Don....thanks for your input as well...def. going to sway away from those dark colors now...swayed even more now with oyster/off white, with some type of boot stripe (like Dave suggested) might do double boot stripe and keep the black rub rail.

Here is an original Seacraft Seafoam Green. Love it too!! If I couldn't have this color I would go dark blue!! Just my opinion!!
Thats also a Light "ICE" blue on my 20' Seacraft. |
Thanks Bryan
Beautiful Seafoam Green -Fred |
