thank you all for your interest in our boat. We will be happy to pay the $25 for ad submission directly to someone. We don't have a paypal account and don't like our bank info online so I will pay directly if someone will provide the address for a check. Thank you "nobones" for your support of our ad and the additional historic info you shared with us about our boat. Additional photos are attached. When we moved, the boat had to reside under an oak tree so the photos will show leaves on/in the boat. We haven't cleaned it up yet from the winter but will shortly. Bridge clearance is 9' with the tower down, approximately 13' with it up. The boat is located in Deltona FL, off I-4 between Orlando and Daytona Beach. The boat has been used on rivers in the area, the intercoastal waterway and open ocean out 40 miles. Another gas tank can be added to get you to the Bahamas. All fuel lines and electrical are ready for the additional tank.

Jim, welcome to CSC.

Is that the original gelcoat? Some real treasures are being unearthed.

Go to moesleysecraft.com if you need more history than you can fit in a hat with horns on it.

Are you looking to trade down?

Cheers,
GFS

Hey Ken.....I can stand up!! How about a little payment love for my mortgage?? :) :)

Seriously, that is a really, really nice 27'er. I'm thinking GFS would look quite sporting in this rig going to the Bahama's gathering!!!!! Sandy...get off some of your big bucks!

An associate just dropped off a container of old disco albums. They must be rare.

Check that. The Library of Congress just called. They don`t want them either.

I can only imagine what the 27 is like.

I like the pointy one.

Cheers,
GFS

Response to Questions

thank you Ken for confirming payment for us-you are the stand up guy. Jim is washing the boat right now and will upload some additional photos when finished. He will also give you a call to set up time to see the boat in person. Thanks again.

Gofastsandman-this is not the original gelcoat. The boat was repainted during the restoration in 2003. Jim would like to downsize if the right boat became available, he's pretty particular about what he wants.

Thank you for the mosely website link. We were familiar with it but Ken was able to add some interesting history about the boat given his personal friendship with Carl Mosely.

More photos to follow.

Motors Ready for Start Up

Wanted to update anyone that was interested in this 27' Seacraft. The old gas has been drained (there was only 25 gals in it) and new fuel filters installed. The batteries are charging and it's almost ready for a sea trial if there is renewed interest now that the motors are functioning. 55+ mph ride!!
