Time to reduce some inventory. 1973 25 seafari.

This boat is not for the faint of heart. It will need a complete restoration including a new transom and a 4x4 section of the floor which is soft. The rest of the boat is solid. There is lots of cosmetic work to be done. I had intended to restore this boat but found another one instead. The trailer has new bunks, springs, tires and new U bolts. $1800 OBO 925-354-2843

Doh! That's a great deal. Put it up on Craigslist too . . . should go fast. If it were 2008 that boat would be full to the brim headed to the east coast.

She's a diamond in the rough. The price is very reasonable. The trailer and windshield are worth the asking price. Good luck with the sale.

Thanks Guys All offers considered. I want it gone FAST so I get on with other things. I know a little red boat that needs some love.

Chuck,
Any chance you can PM me the height and length dimensions on the Seacraft emblem by the bilge vents? It looks like the original size and I'm trying to match it on mine.
Thanks,
Dave

Strick, Good luck with sale. You should have trailered this to Cape Cod a few years ago!

Dave

Buy the boat.....keep the windshield and sell the hull to someone that wants to convert it to a CC :) Need it gone before I get any wild ideas. I have moved it off the property so I don't have to look at it and think.... What if.....

Is that a common conversion? Seems like a cool idea. Maybe a lot of work?

Hey Strick,

I got calls from Hawaii on the Seavette. And it was flagged within hours (probably for using photobucket). Have you it put on CL in Honolulu?
Every time I look at a SeaCraft in HI its way overpriced and beat to hell...

Tuna/Marlin cruiser with potentially huge fish hold, no? Commercial guys seem to love the Cuddy style out there. Maybe Big Fluke has some jealous friends:cool:

Good luck with the sale.

Strick...meet in Texas???
-Fred

McGillicuddy 03-22-2012 12:51 PM

Could it be? A SeaCraft steered rendezvous on Route 66? A Seafari sighting in Amarillo? A trailer with a 25 transferred in North Texas?

This could be a good story. Jack Kerouac's got nothing on this boat ... Miami, NY, No. CA and back to So. FL. Thank you Mr. Eisenhower for the interstate system:cool:.

Looking forward to seeing this work out!
