Good evening folks. I just wanted to let you all know that I am selling this boat for my father due to illness. This boat is primo and he took the greatest care in taking proper care of it, as he is an avid Seacraft lover. Feel free to call if you have any questions. Cell 561-299-1339

Auctioning it off
Hi folks,
Due to the lack of interest of the sale of this boat on this forum, I listed it on Ebay for a much lower price. I'm not sure if I am allowed to mention Ebay here but I won't provide a link just in case. Have a nice day, Craig |
Post a link. You paid your ad so your good to go!. Very nice looking rig. I have the same hull that I will be restoring soon. How does you dad like the new motor? How fast will it run?

35 to 42 depending on load and 25 to 27 optimum cruise. He really likes the engine. It's economical and very quiet at cruise. You can actually hold a conversation. An excellent engine all around. Uses very little oil and starts up right away every time. The motor has been recently serviced by a certified dealer.

The auction is ending at about 10pm Eastern time tonight.

What a perty boat. If I had some extra cash I would buy it for sure.

Did you have a reserve on the bidding? If you did you should of started the bidding at 1k. People like to think they can maybe get a bargain?
|
Its a very nice boat and worth the money for someone who is specifically looking for a 20 sceptre. Problem is that 23 foot models that are in very similar condition are going for the same amount of money you are asking. You have a 20 foot SC that is in the price bracket of a 23. It may take a little while but i think with the condition of this boat and especially the new power it has you will sell it.

Giving it a try at a $4,999 starting bid with a reserve http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/?cmd=...ht_1770wt_1098 ;) |
I think you will get more interest, hits, and bids now....good call.

Should always start the bidding low, say around 2000, as this will get people to bid, set reserve as it will not sell unless that number is hit. It will give you a true value people will be willing to pay.

I'm in Palm City and would like to come see the boat. I sent you a PM with my contact info as I did not see yours listed
