That's a nice Pilot House, curious why you are selling it. Is it too big for your 23? I would love to look at it, I imagine it is on the Cape?

Go have that built or better yet ask bill. Potter what it cost to build. The console there is nothing cheap about it
|
When I talked to Bill before I got mine he told me his cost to build the small pilot console was b/w 5,400 - 6,000. That was the small pilot console . . . materials and labor (he had them built in RI). He sold many of these to twin V, oceanmaster, and government agencies . . . retail price was over 10K for the small one. As a comparison . . . the maritime patriot pilot house which is not as nice is also in the 10 grand price range.

You've got to respect that "Sweat Equity!"
I would have never guessed that cost. But as I said, I never priced out a pilot house and never really gave the "commercial" cost of having one built. |
Pilothouse
I have the small seamark pilothouse. Its the best built one that I've seen.
