1974 Seacraft Tsunami/Sceptre for adoption

I have a 1974 project hull that I'm afraid is going to have to go. It is currently on blocks so we'd need to get it onto a trailer. The price is right as it's free. It's in good shape generally. My intent was to restore it, but a shoulder injury and other factors makes me think it isn't going to happen. It is located in Mount Pleasant, SC.

Someone please come get it and turn it into an offshore ride.

What is needed to get it operational, does it need a new transom and floors?

Quite a bit....it's just a hull with no rigging. I pulled the tank and have it..110gal.
Floors are a little soft. It has an epoxy barrier coat on the bottom. I will try to get some pics and add them to the thread.

Hi 1Bayou,

If the others have passed and it is still available I would be interested. I will PM my email.

Thank you!

I am not in the running, I was just curious. So 77SecptreOB is next in line.

77Sceptre had dibs and is going to try and check it out in the next week. After that Sandlapper has 2nd dibs. Its going one way or another...

After reviewing my upcoming career workload and limited project time, I'm going to have to pass on this opportunity.

Next man up!

Thank God I don't have much time off right now...

FlyingFrizzle,
I see what you mean...holy fleet batman!! And I actually have two hulls and both will have to go. I was thinking I could keep one...but that isn't going to be possible.

Did you ever find a taker for one or either of your hulls? If not I'd be interested in one for sure. I live on James Island. I'll PM you my number to call or text. I should have access to a trailer that could get it over to JI.

Yes...the hull for adoption was taken. The second one is now in an ad here....
1974 Tsunami. I hate to let it go but I just am not going to have the time. I have a lot of stuff collected for it: Console, Hermco bracket, bow deck hatch. trailer....
