SOLD 1972/2014 Seacraft Potter Hull 23

10 Attachment(s)
For sale is a 1972 seacraft 23 potter hull. This boat has been completely restored from the stringers up. Everything on the boat is brand new.
The glass work:
All the wood was removed. The floor is new and was raised 2 inches in back and 4 inches in the front to make the boat self bailing. All the hatches came from a conch mold and has plenty of storage. It has a beautiful glassed in center console and leaning post with an integrated 50 gallon Livewell under the seat and another live well in front of the center console. It has an inclosed transom with a flotation bracket which gives you a lot of space inside. New 120 gallon aluminum gas tank.
The aluminum:
All the aluminum has been powder coated in white and looks amazing. The front railing, t-top and leaning post all match. It comes equipped with 18 rod holders and pop up cleats. It has a stainless steel ruin rail.
The electrical:
All the wiring is new. It comes equipped with a garmin 5212 with a thru hull transducer, fusion stereo with 6 speakers and amp, aux inputs, vhf, battery charger, 2 Livewell pumps, 2 bilge pumps, 2 batteries, led strip light under the gunnels, 2 seablaze underwater lights, pop up front light, center console night light, overhead led light. It has a salt and fresh water wash down. The list goes on.
The engine:
The perfect match is the yamaha 250f with electric throttle and fuel gage. It has around 120 hours. This is a 3 mile per gallon boat. It has a great cruising speed and a max speed of about 49 mph. The boat flies.
Trailer:
It comes with a brand new dual axle aluminum trailer that was built to fit the boat perfectly.
I had this boat custom built for me and no expense was spared. Everything was picked to make it as nice as possible. This is the nicest Sea craft I have ever seen and is a definite crowd pleaser. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't get a compliment on the boat. If you are looking for a sea craft you will not find a nicer one. If you are interested in buying something in the 23-27 foot range you won't find anything that rides as good as this boat for the price. I have over $70,000 invested in this boat but I'm willing to let it go for $49,900. My loss is your gain.

Hey guys,
Sorry for the misunderstanding yesterday. My name is Piero Porcari and i am located in Miami, FL. My phone number is (305)-785-8257 or email me at Piero.porcari@gmail.com. This is an amazing seacraft that was built with no expense spared. The reason that i am selling is that i really don't use it that much. It's tough to get out in the water with 2 kids under 3. I figure ill sell this one and built another one once the kids are a little older. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks for looking

Good job Aire!! And the boat is a couple notches above nice, it's very well done. I really like the "one level" floor, as a dumpy old fisherman, that's sweet!! Good luck!

Just reduced the price to $49,900. Can't beat that deal. This is an amazing seacraft build

Nice work:)

The restore was done by Charlie from C&A Marine. His shop is in Pompano, FL.

From his website: Jessiboats.com

Charlie Lalta of C & A Boatworks, Inc. in Pompano started his career at Blackfin Yachts laying fiberglass. He soon moved into the prototype department and was responsible for creating plugs and molds for some of the most admired boats of their time. This experience gave him an inside look into the design and engineering features that made a Blackfin perform so superbly.

In his later years at Blackfin, he supervised the finishing department. Blackfin boats were finished with DCDP resin based gelcoat, the same finish used on Bertram Yachts at that time. Blackfins and Bertrams from this era are legendary for having finishes that still polish like new after 20 years or more. He perfected this gelcoat finishing technique. From his experience at Blackfin, he began his mastery of the art of building the perfect fiberglass boat.

Next at Denison Marine, he further honed his skills as part of the painting and fairing team working on big yacht superstructures. This experience was invaluable at learning how to achieve the superior finishes found on luxury yachts.

He next worked for Strike Yachts, where he supervised the construction of these semi-custom center consoles, from start to finish. Though not as well-known as Blackfin, the solid glass hull Strike 26/29 and 35 are famous for their fantastic ride in rough seas. He gained invaluable experience in the design and production of the perfect center console fishing boat.

For the past fifteen years, He has owned and operated C&A, rigging boats for Strike Yachts and working with R&R Boatworks on their Conch 33 and Conch 27.

C&A has been commissioned to do custom work on many tournament fishing boats, and has worked on some great boats such as Viking, Hatteras, Yellowfin, SeeVee, Contender, Seacraft, Mako, Everglades, Oceanmaster and many others. He has worked on everything from small center consoles to super yachts, completing countless total rebuilds of 21’ and 23’ SeaCraft boats, taking them down to bare hull and restoring them to better than new. Additionally, C&A completed a major restoration and customization of an 85 Pacific Mariner Yacht.
