Way too much weight on a standard 25" transom.
I suppose it would be pushing the limit even with a Hermco helping it float.
Not my cup of tea

I can hear it now....."no really John, I only had twin 115's on it!! So what? I was at WOT and totaled the boat doing 84 mph, you insurance guys are all the same it's always a hassle to get a claim paid" :D

No problem on my bracket if someone would buy them for me. Mine did not chine walk at
67 with the 250's the key is to get them high enough. I miss the speed but not the fuel bill.

if you total a boat going 84, it's unlikely you are gonna live through the accident to file an insurance claim.

Add 4 guys who happen to be in the stern at the same time as waves happen to break over and........then another.....and then .....oh Sh....

Would like to drive it on flat water though....one time

That is a lot of weight but the boat looks way lower than others I have seen with twin 3.0's. I would venture to say he has some serious weigh balance issues. I have seen plenty of 20' hulls (including my own with a 3.0) sit low in the back like that but not a 23'. I wouldn't want 300 xses on a 23 but would love to have them for my 27 rh tho.:)
