23' Sceptre 1974 with 250 Suzuki installed new in 2016 with new controls and warranty until Jan 2021, 200 hours. Transom reinforced, glassed and awlgriped.Original outboard boat.
Work done in March 2020; bottom stripped and painted, hull and entire boat compounded and waxed, full service on Suzuki, two new batteries.
Garmin GPS, Garmin depth,VHF, autopilot, Bimini top with stainless frame and enclosure. Tow Master trailer.
I presently have $23,500 into restoration. This number will increase as long as the stay at home order is in place and I continue to restore. Boat is in good condition now. I will sell for what I have in it.
My personal boat is a 1979 23' Sceptre, totally restored. Come compare.

Looks like a rudder indicator.
For an auto-pilot or rudder indicator gauge.
