I missed the boat on this one (see what I did there?) by a few hours. Add went up, I called, texted and emailed 7 hours later and received a reply today it is sold pending payment. Congrats to whoever got it. Hope it ends up on here with some stories.

Seen the posts on Facebook about it. I was curious what the asking price was. Hopefully the new owner doesn't cut it up to make a CC, which he says was his original intent.

At least keep the cap in one piece so it could be brought back if made into a CC.

What a deal!!!

flyingfrizzle 06-23-2020 07:49 AM

Yea, this one was about an hour from me. A guy I work with lives a few houses down and told me about it a few years ago. One heck of a deal. Very tempting and if had the time I would of went and got it myself.

Looks like same boat that sold just a couple years ago ?
Maybe...not sure.

Ride performance tuning with outboard has been a question discussed

Locke and load if you want it it’s for sale on Facebook. Of course the guy wants 8 k. But you can call him out in that.

AlabamaRick 07-14-2020 10:15 AM

Price was lowered to 4K this morning on Marketplace

kmoose 07-14-2020 11:00 AM

I think I'm going to buy it and go park it in Dirtwheel's yard and let nature take its course.

Notch the transom for a 30' motor and drop a df350ap with duo prop on it and it would be more than fine.

AlabamaRick 07-14-2020 12:54 PM

I wonder if Dirt would mind if there were two boats parked in his yard.

fishlips56 07-14-2020 01:52 PM

There's a for sale listing on the Wilmington, NC craigslist.

AlabamaRick 07-14-2020 02:37 PM

I see that Fishlips, better pics on CL too. I saw today on the Classic SeaCraft group on FaceBook,(not Marketplace as I previously stated)price drop to $4k. "Need gone ASAP".
KMoose says he is going to buy it. I would like to see someone from here end up with it if he doesn't.

Ryan 07-14-2020 03:44 PM

saw that and was going to post it here , Alabama rick is on it!

Locke N Load 07-14-2020 04:24 PM

So some (excuse my French) asshole bought it last month for $3,500 and is trying to sell it now for $4,500? Think I'll offer $2,500.

Ryan 07-15-2020 03:49 PM

Locke n load I think most of us here have flipped a project Sc or two. No harm in getting a little scratch. At least he didn’t cut it up!

Locke N Load 07-15-2020 10:08 PM

Just rubbed me the wrong way. I don't like greedy people. If the buyer wasn't planning on using it he should have left it alone. If he was, and things changed, then try to get out for what you put in and call it a day.

bgreene 07-21-2020 07:42 AM

Locke ...by all means then please sell your house for less than you paid for it !

People hunt garage sales to then flip an item on eBay.
Nothing wrong with it .....

dirtwheelsfl 07-26-2020 11:54 AM

It’s sold again... anyone here?!
