Carl built 30 27' SeaCrafts for the military, Bay of Pigs.

I love that history! I wish there were more pictures.

How many 21s are still in Vietnam?

Did a lot of reading and watching videos the last few days. I asked a friend of mine what kind of boats were on the rivers in Vietnam and he said he he was on some of them but didn’t see any made of fiberglass. Found this article interesting.

I didn't know the SeaCrafts that Carl built were in Vietnam. I thought they were built for the Bay of Pigs. The variable deadline could take the 90 mile crossing to Havanna.
I understood they were constructed with a steel forward step-up platform mounted with a 50cal. or 60 cal. Machine Gun. I was Navy in Vietnam for 3 combat campaigns and don't recall a SeaCraft type hull. I did see two PGH (Patrol Gunboat Hydrofoil) picture below I took Aug '69 outside
Danang Harbor. USS Tucumcari PGH2. They could not take the rough water & constant repairs but with Shark Teeth painted on the stem, they were badass skimming the rice paddies!
