23' boat and trailer

Does anyone have any idea what the weight of a 23' sc would be? Just talking about dry weight.

Popeye,

I agree with SECF, but think you'll find some variance in dry weight depending on year. Weight could go as high as 3,000 pounds dry, no fuel, no power, no t-top, no fish.

A 200 HP 2 stroke figure 450 lb., fuel at 7 pounds per gallon. My Continental twin axle trailer weighs 1200. So... I figure my particular 23 CC trailers at 5,500 all in. I like my tounge weight at 450 lbs. or 8% of total weight. Hope that helps.

Thanks guys, appreciate the info. I will be trying a transom restoration in the coming months and hope to get some advice from those that have been there.
