Thanks Otto, I think!

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=31270

Grabbed this 18' on ebay you posted.
I need this like a hole in the head though.
Already have a 1973 23'cc a 1969 26'cc pacemaker
inboard we are restoring, and my wife has a 19' seapro cc 2001 to run around the river in.
And a dinghy with 8hp johnson.
Think I need to go to the boat shrink.
Would that be the 5 boat theory?
And all that in a 4 month boating season in southern maine.
Better move to fla.

Sharp boat Doug...

I take it your 23 sale on Ebay didn't go thru.

If you are interested - Greg Amarall from http://www.hctransport.com/ is the guy that brought my boat up from FT Meyers - did a good job and has great prices if you can move it with another boat...

Thanks for the transport info.John R.,might use it.
May bring the boat to Palm Beach area, and leave it
so I can have an excuse to visit it and fish the inlet.
23 sold on Ebay, guy loves it.
Bought the 23 seaojoe listed on the site, outboard
is much better way to go.
Wanted somthing turnkey for the summer, rather than messing with putting a bracket on the one I sold on ebay.

Doug,

That's a cool little boat. You'll be happy you grabbed it when it's said and done.

Let's clarify the 4 BOAT THEORY. That's all about the ideal or optimum fleet configuration as well pointed out by John R in the other thread.

Having 2 boats in the same category doesn't count.

Just not to be outdone, I havn't included our Carver 325 Aft Cabin in that (it's for sale) theory, as it's not really a singled handed boat and I regret that I didn't sell it sooner. I also didn't include the 19' Lightin sailboat as real men don't sail so I gave it to my brother, Rick. Finally, I didn't mention the 27' Sea Ray Sundancer I sold to my other brother Rick in Stuart, because he still owes me $$$ from 3 years ago and I don't like to talk about it.

Oh, yea, there's the small fleet on the hard next to my hot tub, but that's a little embarrassing...

Otto - you'd be suprised by the number of people here that are former blow boaters... That Lightning is a classic but I'd much rather trap a 470...

Otto,
Two brothers named Rick? What part of NY do you live in? All I can think of is that show Newhart - "Hi, my name's Larry, this is my brother Darrell and my other brother Darrell."
