Potter Bracket

Does anyone have any pics of their 23cc with the hermco bracket they would like to share. How does your boat perform since the addition... for example ride, freeboard, room in the stern etc.

Re: Potter Bracket

hey guys- I put a potter bracket on my 23 last winter, it has been great. Donald Herman at Hermco did the work and it is pretty. We just finished tarpon season here in Savannah and the boat got a good workout. The biggest difference now is how dry the boat stays; before the bracket I had alot of water coming in from the splashwell and pumps would come on a couple of times a trip. Since the bracket was placed I think pumps have only come on a couple of times all summer! ! picked up a couple of mph at wot and with positive flotation in bracket boat doesn't squat anymore. The amount of room picked up in back to fish is amazing, it has really opened up the stern of the boat. I will try to post some pictures soon -Bill
