As a result of the past few years we also have a greater appreciation for that day in '41...

God Bless America....

I've been watching the history channel as I wait for epoxy to dry this weekend and it is very sobering indeed. We were sitting ducks. May god see our families and us through the next sixty years.

When I was a Bos'n in the Navy I had the honor of visiting Pearl Harbor on several occasions. The USS Arizona Memorial is quite a moving experience to see.

It’s amazing how much we take for granted …. My Father passed through Pearl and fought in the South Pacific, was fortunate enough to make it home ….. unfortunate enough to see more than we can imagine….Some of the stories I was told ….Wow

It interesting that they went after our BOATS. It says alot about our Naval stength at the time and the importance of boats.

We even used boats in both Gulf Wars.

God Bless America and her boats!
