New 21 seacraft

Anybody have any opinions about the new 21 seacraft? Probably going to buy a new seacraft within the next year. Was planning on a 20 but the 21 sure looks good. Have owned two seacrafts in past-20' cc and a 23' cuddy. Loved them both. Any suggestions or opinions appreciated.

Why did you get rid of the 23 cuddy? Thanks.

It was a 1977 23 with a 235 hp omc sterndrive. loved the boat and the 351 engine but outdrive was the only thing ever had any problems. Got married had child and quit fishing for a while so sold boat. Fished it for about 12 years. About 3 to 4 years later bought a 1969 20 seacraft cc with 140 johnson. Loved it but seemed like there was always something to work on so sold it 4 years ago. Got the urge again and am thinking about the 21 seacraft. Wish somebody that has one or been on one let me know their opinion.

I just bought a 2002 23 seacraft. It's awesome. I haven't been on the 21 but it looks really nice. I think it may have even more freeboard than the 23. Good Luck.

Re: New 21 seacraft

Would want a 200 or 225,but somewhat leary since it comes from factory with mercury or honda. Have heard some bad things about the 200 and 225 optimax. Do they have the problems worked out in the 2002 models? Anybody know? Honda would probably be ok but really rather have a yamaha. Let me hear everbody's opinion. Thanks.
