You are correct, not much going on out there, nice people though. One of the companies I represent has their main sales office in Sioux Falls, Pulizzi Eng. , there are amazing Tax benifits out there.

IE. no state income tax and space is $.50-$.75 per sq. foot built to suit not bad, but no SeaCrafts from what I could find .
