JohnR...
Finally got around to seeing the picks of your boat and my eyes popped a bit when I saw 470 hp sitting on the transom. Does they run? What is the top end? I know you are looking to repower...I won't even ask about the mileage your getting...

Re: JohnR...
I don't think John's been able to run it.In fact there was some question weather he'd even run it at all with those horses.
Personally, I think Rhody got pissed when they found out this thing had to follow him around in the bay. http://www.kmss.no/www/01/wobjects.n...pg?OpenElement Happy B-day John |

Nah, I think he said, he doesn't like the boat and he's a little bit scared.

Sheeeeet - didn't see this thread
BB - I was going to arrange with the people at Bouchard to pull their barges up through LIS & Buzzards Bay but even after lasts months oil gounding, they still want their skippers hammered while hauling... I'm getting fantastic mileage as it sits in my yard. I've gotten a lot of honey dos and other stuff done and a new found determiniation to get that puppy in the water. I'm going to sell the engines (interested?) and put on a single. After losing my job it won't be a new single just yet. As I'm waiting to sell them, I'm seriously considering putting a 5 inch extension on one of them to run it. It WILL be splashed before the Newport gig. |
