Anchor locker

Can someone explain or email me pic's of the anchor locker on a 23 CC. Mines gone and I haven't a clue what belongs there. [img]images/icons/confused.gif[/img]

Is that molded to the inner liner? The way mine looks, there's groves to drop something in there when the top cap if off........?????
