There is a white plastic trim that has a aluminum insert that goes around the rod holder compartment.I bought a 100 foot rool for about $60 bucks.
The teak strip should have a aluminum track right on top of it and that is were the Bimini top mounts and slides.It is a pretty neet set up cause when the top is down it is out of the way and lays right in front of the engine.
I can take a picture of mine if you would like to see it.

was there any trim around the section where the rods goes on a 20 ft seacraft and i have a teak strip about 11/2x 3/4x 48 inches half way up about midship on the inside of boat any ideas what it was for also looks like something also went above it just below the gunnel edge have not seen this on pics of other boats thanks
