A good Shop in S. Dade, Fl

I just purchased a 1975 20ft. Center Console. Does any one know of a good shop in S.Florida, Dade County that does good work on the gelcoat?

I love the boats and want it done right but don't have the time for the major stuff.

with all the boat places there it should not be hard to find. But if you want a good one in Tampa area, there are a couple you can trust. Andy's Fiberglass is where I have one of my boats getting re-gelled from rub rail down

Ha Flagtail
I did most of my work myself with epoxy and glass and then painted the boat myself, just the bottom was done with gelcoat and I had someone do that in Fort Lauderdale. There are a number of good shops in Miami although I don’t know who they are. I would put this question on the floridasportsman.com board under boats you will get a ton or response.

Flagtails,
A good shop in South Dade? I will have to think about that one for a minute. I guess it will all depends on what you are going to want done. Is it major, like doing the entire boat or minor, like some repair that needs to be gelcoated. I live in South Dade, as does Capt Brad, he lives EXTREMELY south....Opps, I am going to get in trouble for that one. Anyway, let us know what type of work you need done and we can point you in the right direction.....

Nope, no more fishes, haven't been out in a few weeks, no time, too much to do, business is good!!

On the South Dade places, you might want to call Dolphin Boats. Don't know if they do work on others but the work they do on their own is great. Also, if you want to make the drive, Concept Boats just moved to a new larger location, in OpaLocka, and I know they do excellent work. I know, I now own a Concept. If you want to give them a call, speak to Luis and tell him John told you about them. Luis is the owner and he is very into customer satisfaction....
