Re: Cheap 23 Cuddy Project Boat
I think this one has been mentioned before here...If I remember correctly someone did a hack job converting it from an I/O to an outboard.
Also, this boat has been around for a long time...I once saw it on Ebay for $1500 |

Re: Cheap 23 Cuddy Project Boat
Well, I have the opportunity to take a look of the cuddy.
1- It need a lot of work, but no bad for a project boat. 2- Hull is sound. Floor needs some work, but I don't think that will be dificult. Transon was redone but some body did a good work. 3- Where the I/O was located, can be used for a huge bait well, fish box or storage. 4- Cabin need a lot of work and gas tank look like in good condition, but it need to be tested for leaks 5- Forget about the trailer; iy is a piece a junk.. Finally, for $1500.00 will be OK . Still thinking to make an offert. The HARD part is to convince the wife that I need another boat when already have a 1979 20' CC. Machetero |
