teak merritt console bubble

dash mount rybo style console bubble. it is a breath-taking work of art. true jawdropper, 100% solid teak, over 1000$ in teak lumber alone, perfect joints and radiused edges, radiused front, must see to belive, a replacement would cost atleast $5,000. asking $3,000 obo. hate to sell but it wont fit in my 20' cuddy and i need money for bracket and hydro steering. would make perfect addition to a 20' or 23' c.c. for those going all out on a restore, gives boat the true custom carolina look, asking 3k, if you know anyone interested let them know, located in west palm beach, email: NOFX525@aol.com for info, pics coming soon
thanks
Ben

Ben:

I may be very interested in your console bubble
for my '78 23 Sceptre. Would it be possible to post pictures? Or, if not, could you e-mail them to me at cdowney@harbormortgage.com. Also, if you have dimensions and/or a scaled drawing, it might be very helpful for me in determining fit.
Thank you in advance for your response.

Re: teak merritt console bubble

thanks for the interest, let me try to explain:

when i say dash mount, it mounts to the bulkhead and ontop of the dash.

from the bottom to the dash is 33".

it also is wider toward the front (end closest to bow) then it is where you stand, at its widest point it is 25" (note, this 25" point is 33" from the bottom and 5" foward of the bulkhead)

it didnt fit in my boat becuase at 5" in front of the bulkhead @ 33" up i didnt have 25" across and t would interfere with the cabin doors. hopefully you understand what im saying. theses are the critical measurments, hopefully there enough extra beam in a 23' to accoidate it. and if your totally lost with what i said just let me know

Thanks
Ben
